I understand that most people's objective in life is not to win

their

day in court, but to stay out of court altogether. My legal

planning

services are designed around the philosophy that as

soon as two

parties step into a courtroom, they have both

already lost.

What is your background?

I earned my B.A. from Rutgers University-Rutgers College and

Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. I am licensed as a

Certified

Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and am

admitted to the

New Jersey Bar. I have lived at the Southern

Jersey Shore for my

entire life. My family ties extend to

Atlantic, Cape May, and Ocean

Counties.

What type of clients do you handle?

My firm limits its practice to three specific areas: small business

representation, estate planning, and real estate closings. I do

not

practice litigation.

Why should I let you represent my small business?

I pride myself on personalized representation of small

businesses. I

understand that small businesses need someone

who will not only

represent them efficiently and at a fair price,

but also someone who

will answer their phone calls and emails
